Lead Time
Estimates for made-to-order products are listed on each product page.
The shipping speed selected at checkout does not change the estimated lead time. For example, selecting 2-Day shipping for a product with a 6 week lead time estimate will result in the product arriving in approximately 6 weeks + 2 days.
Locations
Shipping is currently only available within the United States.
Preferences
You may select preferred shipping method and speed from options provided at check-out.
Expedited shipping options will not supersede listed lead times.
Notifications
Living Format will send multiple status updates via email:
- Order receipt
- Status updates if necessary (e.g. lead time updates, backorders)
- Shipment and tracking
