Returns

Due to the olfactory component in the territorial nature of cats and the internal investment to produce each piece, we do not accept returns. Our assembly team closely inspects shipments to ensure only those that meet our high standards leave the studio.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order prior to shipment notification for any reason. 

Excludes custom orders placed via consultation with Living Format's design team.

To initiate a cancellation, contact us at hello@livingformat.com. Please provide the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Last Name 
  • Billing Zip Code
  • Reason (Optional)

Submissions dated after the shipment notification message will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate solution (e.g. return for replacement, shipment of specific parts).

Exchanges

Living Format only accepts purchase and select return transactions. Once a return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

Living Format charges in full at time of order placement. Full refunds will only be provided when a valid cancellation notice is received prior to shipment notification. 

For approved refunds, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
